  • The output signal changes of the three interfaces (7 to 9) are adjusted by the potentiometer.
  • FG/FG*3 Jumper Setting: Configure according to the actual motor feedback times. Without a jumper cap, it operates as a single times FG feedback. With a jumper cap installed, the feedback is tripled (3 times FG*3).
  • CW/CCW Direction Settings: Configure the motor direction in its initial state based on whether the motor runs CW or CCW when the direction control line is suspended. Add a jumper cap for CCW; leave without a jumper cap for CW.
3. Governor Parameter Settings & Interface
(1) Frequency Setting
Before power-on, press and hold touch switch 1. Power the governor board and wait until the screen displays "FEQ:20K" before releasing the button. Touch switch 1 to reduce or touch switch 2 to increase. Adjust to the desired frequency (factory default: 20KHz).
(2) Number of Poles Setting
Before power-on, press and hold both touch switch 1 and touch switch 2. Power the governor board and wait until the screen displays "number of poles: 1 polarity" before releasing. Touch switch 1 to decrease and touch switch 2 to increase. Adjust to match the designed motor pole count (factory default: 1 pole).
(3) Feedback Setting
The FG/FG*3 pin is used to set the feedback multiplier. Configured based on whether the motor's feedback is single times FG or three times FG. Adding the jumper cap sets it to 3 times FG, while leaving the jumper cap off sets it to single times FG.
(4) Direction Setting
The CW/CCW pin configures the initial startup direction of the motor. Adjust this according to whether the motor defaults to CW or CCW when the direction control line is suspended. Add a jumper cap for CCW; leave it off for CW.
Main Screen Display: The primary interface screen displays four key parameters: input voltage, speed, frequency, and duty cycle. The motor speed reading requires a correct configuration of the FG/FG*3 feedback multiple and the number of motor poles to display accurately.

Important Safety Guidelines
  • Wiring Warning: The positive and negative power connections of the governor must be connected strictly according to the wiring diagram. Never reverse the polarity, otherwise, the governor will fail to work and permanently damage or burn the board.
  • Compatibility: This governor is specifically designed to match and control motors that feature compatible control interfaces as described.
  • Voltage Limit: The five control ports (from ⑤ to ⑨) must not access a voltage exceeding 5V.
